NanoBionic Car Program

We train your staff on the proper method of refining all exterior surfaces of the vehicle to make it ready to accept the NanoBionics treatments. We also teach your staff the hows and whys of our Nanobionics automotive surface treatments. At the end of the two day certification course you and your staff will be ready to start transforming your clients' vehicles into Eco-friendly, self-cleaning, faster, more fuel efficient NanoBionic vehicles.

NanoBionic Dodge Viper

The Viper in the picture was on a dealership showroom with swirl marks and very little gloss. This car was brought back to life using the NanoBionics Specialized Nano-surface refinement products. Next the NanoBionics Paint treatment, glass, metal and plastic treatments were applied to the vehicle. During a 24 hour self-assembling time period, an invisible transformation took place within the pores of the treated surfaces. The Self-assembling Nano-particles joined together on their own, making a newly formed structure that is no larger than 5-10 nanometers in size (15-30 atoms).

After a full 24 hours the Nano-particles had completed their alignment and morphed into a new protective structure that formed a Nano-scopic mesh across the matrix of the surfaces and within the pores of the substrates.

What is NanoBionic Function? 

NanoBionic function means: the NanoBionic surface still breathes, it is not sealed, however, millions of tiny newly formed structures have docked directly within the pores of the base materials, so dirt and water will not touch the base material. Dirt and water sit on the newly formed Nano-structures and roll off as in the plant world after a heavy rain. Driving will be safer since the NanoBionic glass repels rain, muddy water and snow as you drive at highways speeds. Your clients will also enjoy the convenience of the ice repellent function found with the NanoBionic treated surfaces. Night vision is enhanced due to the newly formed Nano-structures. Dead bugs will be easier to clean off, when exposed to heavy rain nature cleans them off for you.

Why NanoBionic vehicles Eco-friendly?

You no longer need to use harsh chemicals to clean the surfaces. Even during times of little to no rain, your vehicle will take much less time and effort to clean. You will still need to wash your vehicle, however, not as often and without strong cleaners or carwash solutions. Drying time is greatly reduced since the NanoBionic Surfaces are hydrophobic (water fearing). The NanoBionic Car's paint becomes 30% more scratch resistant when compared to non-treated paint, has a much deeper gloss and will hold this gloss for years, not months.

Who already offers this service?

There are Nano-Stations spread throughout the world, people are lining up to have their vehicles made into NanoBionic Vehicles. Some Nano-Stations are booked 5-6 months in advance. Nanotec-USA will be working with these Nano-Stations to help educate the consumer as well as auto manufacturers to understand what TRUE Self-assembling Nanotechnology Smart Surface Treatments are and the positive impact it will have on the environment.

How our products are different?

Just because something says Nanotechnology, or Molecular Bonding does not make it a TRUE Self-assembling Nanotechnology treatment. A TRUE New Self-assembling Nanotechnology product changes itself into a new structure on it's own without the help of man or machine. Nanotec-USA does not sell you concrete sealer, PTFE or products from the Silicone/Polymer family.

The chemical  products have their place, we do not use them though.

Products are available for the private vehicle owner to make their windows, wheels and plastic lenses water and dirt repellent using our NanoBionics do-it-yourself kits.
